When will my order arrive?
Order processing takes 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday. Once processing is complete, your order is handed off to the carrier for shipment.
Shipping transit time usually takes 6 to 8 business days, Monday to Friday.
Most orders arrive within 7 to 10 business days from the order date. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Is it possible to return or swap my order?
Absolutely. You have 100 days to request a refund or exchange. If there is a defect or a sizing issue, we will help sort it out. Contact us or email us at info@noracases.com to get started.
How do I make sure I order the correct phone model?
Please double-check your phone model before ordering. On iPhone, go to Settings > General > About and look for Model Name. On Samsung, go to Settings > About phone. If you are unsure, contact us or email info@noracases.com and we can help you choose the right option.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not been dispatched yet, we may be able to update or cancel it. Please contact us or email info@noracases.com as soon as possible with your order number.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number. You can track your shipment on our Track Your Order page using your tracking details. If you need help locating your tracking info, contact us or email info@noracases.com with your order number.
